Hi y'all! Happy New Year! It's definitely been a while since I last posted, but here I am!

This audio is based on my feelings that I often have around New Years, or my birthday, where I often feel inadequate, and like I need to change everything in my life. This, like most of my videos, is just me saying what I wish someone would tell me.

You don't need to change everything in your life, or live up to the standards of other people. You are doing your best, and continuing to be you is enough.
